Jim and Marie have three children and four grandchildren. Jim enjoys quiet times with the Lord, private moments with Marie, reading, writing, music and sports of all sorts as well as hanging out with his kids and grandkids.
“My prayer for NHCC is that we don’t play church. That we are actively engaged in personal relationship with our heavenly Father that translates naturally into a community of believers who are passionate about His glory and others’ good. Being part of the elder board at North Hills is a great responsibility and privilege. The responsibility is clearly stated in Hebrews 13:17 (“they are keeping watch over your souls … as those who will have to give an account.”); the privilege is serving alongside men who love God’s Word and God’s people and model the grace of God as they minister to His body.”
